Cancellations
What is your event's cancellation and refund policy?
Full refunds up to and including a specific day; no refunds after. Substitutions allowed. Please note that if organizers charge 'cancellation fees', CivicRegistrations.ca administration
fees of $25 per refund apply. CivicRegistrations.ca does not charge an administration fee for processing refunds when no
cancellation fees are levied.

I agree that, to the best of my knowledge, the information I have submitted on this form is correct and final.
If I submit additional information to CivicRegistrations.ca at a later date, and if that information results in significant
changes to my registration form, I agree that I will be charged $75/hour for any additional labour required.
I agree that if my event receives 5 registrations or fewer, a $50 minimum charge applies.
I agree that CivicRegistrations.ca is authorized to accept credit card payments on behalf of the event organizers. I also
understand that payments are held in trust until after the event is over, although advance payments are available upon request.
I acknowledge that I have the legal right to use any digital images I have provided, and that CivicRegistrations.ca is authorized
to use said images on my registration form and in related promotional materials. If I provide images for which I do not have the
legal right to use, I acknowledge that any liability is solely my responsibility as an event organizer, and not the responsibility
of CivicRegistrations.ca, its agents, and its contractors.
